Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–8 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be extended during sales, live events, product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

For orders placed during live shows or recorded reveals, processing begins after the live event has concluded and your order has been packed.

Shipping Rates

We offer tiered flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal:

  • Orders up to $20.00: $8.00 Shipping

  • Orders $21.00–$99.99: $10.00 Shipping

  • Orders $100.00–$149.99: $12.00 Shipping

  • Orders $150.00–$249.99: $15.00 Shipping

  • Orders $250.00 and above: $20.00 Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

We ship using trusted carriers, and tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MooStache is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

MooStache is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged items, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the situation and assist where possible.

All Sales Final

Due to the mystery and curated nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.
