Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review and assist on a case-by-case basis.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Live Show & Recording Options

Customers may choose to have their order fulfilled live, recorded, or without recording. Selecting a live or recorded option does not guarantee a specific fulfillment time and does not change our all-sales-final policy.
